Following my own advice

It’s been a couple of months since I published my book, 101 Disneyland Tips. If you already bought it, I hope you have enjoyed it. I’ve been reading the reviews on Amazon and I’m really humbled with the feedback so far. It’s great to see that the book has been helpful to many people already. So, if you’re at all thinking of going to Disneyland any time in the future (or would like to just dream about going) and you haven’t yet, you should buy the book now!

We’re getting ready to head down to Disneyland again soon. We were looking forward to a nice dinner out at Napa Rose or Carthay Circle. But I didn’t follow one of my own tips from the book. I forgot to make reservations well in advance!

I can’t tell you this enough. As soon as you know you’ll be visiting the parks, pick where you’d like to eat, and make your dining reservations as soon as possible.

Turkey Leg

Otherwise, you might just find yourself holding a massive turkey leg for dinner!

I squealed with joy when Disney announced late last year that the Disneyland Resort finally takes reservations online! You do have to reserve with a credit card but can cancel up to 24 hrs in advance.

Right? It makes things so much easier! Now, if only I could remember to mark my calendar so I don’t forget….again!

I LOVED your book! Where’s more ? :) I’m ready to purchase your next book, just let me know when it is available! Tomorrow we can book our trip with DVC. Can’t wait!

Thank you so much Amy! I’m actually going to start doing “tips” regularly on my blog. But I’m sure there will be a follow up! ;)
