Break time is over…

Ever since I launched my book, 101 Disneyland Tips, I felt like I have very little to say. Things normally come naturally, and I just write.  I’ve been spinning my wheels around here trying to figure out what I’m doing. I felt guilty because I haven’t published a monthly newsletter…in months. I haven’t posted anything worthy, and I was getting a migraine trying to figure out what the heck to say. Ironically, I’ve given a ton of advice over the last few weeks to other bloggers, helping them with their content. That comes easy.

I realized I was in need of a break. I needed to exhale after holding my breath for the last few months. I had medical stuff going on and that was taking up all of my energy. I’m blaming it on turning 40 this year. Now that everything is good, it’s time to shake off the funk and get back to writing. Break time is over!

Today I was able to sit down and plan out content for the next few months. I am excited again, and can’t wait to share. There will be more tips, DIY projects, and I’m sure I’ll be able to share more than  my daughter losing teeth.

I got a late start to the new year. But I don’t look at the last couple of months as a waste. Not in the least. I might have lost a few readers, but I spent a lot more time with these two.

It was just what I needed!

March was hard. I think I was flying by the seat of my pants for Jan/Feb, but I crashed in March. If I’m being honest, I’m glad we’re into April.

I can’t tell if my comment stuck. But yes! I hear ya! (I’m really glad March is over.)

I think we both just needed baseball season to start. I work better when I can yell at my tv! ;)
