I’ve wanted a nice camera for some time, long before we had a second baby. Before we had Em, I bought Doug a really nice video camera. We used it a handful of times. What we should have bought instead was a camera.

My iPhone has been my primary camera and it’s really not the tool I want to use when posting good quality pictures. Now that Em and Addie are on the move, it’s hard to get a good picture of either of them.

I couldn’t be happier to finally have the Canon EOS Rebel. I was hoping to find something easy to use and small enough that I’ll remember to take it with me where ever I go. The Rebel seems to be a good fit so far.

Here’s to hoping my years in 4-H photography class pay off!
