Stop overthinking everything and just do it

My plate is full. So full, I just sit there and look at it and then I’m not hungry anymore. I push the plate away from me so I don’t have to see it anymore. I know I need to eat, so I pull the plate back. I push the food around with my fork so it looks like I am making progress, but in true form, I’ve bitten off more than I can chew. Then I realize, I need to stop overthinking and just do it. Whatever it is on my plate, I just need to stop worrying about it and just get things done that I have control over. continued
